Our gift baskets are carefully packaged and secured in a sturdy box. We include a rod down to the base of the basket which stops the basket from crushing itself during transit. (This is then easily removed upon arrival) So even if it is turned upside down everything with be ok.

Success - we can post our gift baskets now !

After many weeks of trials and postage testing we can announce that we have successfully developed a secure way of posting the majority of our gift baskets. It has been a challenge. When our gift baskets are tipped up normally the contents would jumble and the weight of the basket would crush the cellophane top and bow.

Our new method involves securing the products inside the basket and part of this includes an additional layer of cellophane over them. This prevents everything from moving or falling out.

Then to stop the basket from crushing itself we insert a wooden rod which keeps everything rigid whilst inside the cardboard box for transit. This can easily be removed upon arrival.

We are very pleased with this and hope that it will make our baby gift baskets more accessible to people who are not local to us.

Breakthrough in Posting our Gift Baskets

For the past four years Beautiful Baby Gift Baskets have been unable to post our gift baskets. This has been incredibly frustrating and has really limited our business potential. The weight of the gifts and basket itself have meant that if the postal box was tipped up the basket would crush itself.

Recently however we have had a breakthrough and think we may have found a way to post the majority of our gift baskets. We have come up with an innovative solutuion to the problem. At the moment we are trialling it so it shouldnt be long before it is up and running. Unfortunately it still does not look like we will be able to send our very large or heavy baskets just yet. Watch this space for more information.
