We try to show our products with accurate and clear photographic images. Exact colours however can vary due to factors such as lighting and computer monitor settings. Please bear this in mind when viewing.
Whilst every effort is made to reproduce the baby gift baskets as shown in the images, occasionally it may be necessary to substitute individual items for similar but alternative product. Where this is necessary they will be of equal or greater value and we will do our best to advise you of it before dispatch.
PRINTED & PERONALISED CLOTHING
Our printed clothes are handmade by us. We take great care to produce beautiful bodysuits, bibs and hats using 100% cotton garments. Our printed products have specific garment care instructions in order to keep them beautiful. Please follow the guidance on each product sticker to prevent damage to your design. When ordering personalised items please take care to type the names accurately. We cannot refund personalised items unless the printing or item is faulty/damaged.
We offer a number of products where you can personalise the item. Please ensure that you take care to type the name accurately as your product will be made exactly as you type it. If you realise you have made aa mistake please contact us immediately. If we havent made it we will be able to change it for you. Once your item is made it cannot be changed. All personalised products are non refundable unless the item itself is faulty or damaged. In this instance please photograph the problem and get in touch with us.
If you cannot decide what to buy we offer gift vouchers in a selection of values - £10, £20, £30, £40 & £50. Each voucher has a unique code if you are using it online but we will also accept the vouchers at shows or events.

POSTING GIFT BASKETS
The majority of pur gift baskets are able to be sent via courier. When we send our gift baskets and hampers please note that they will have an additional layer of cellophane on the inside to prevent the products from moving in transit. They will also have a dowel rod throught the centre which is used to stop the basket from crushing itself during the journey. This is easily removed upon arrival.
Unfortunately our not all of our gift baskets can be sent in the post. We can however send those particular baskets /hampers in kit form. Your kit would include the arranged contents in the basket (held in place with a film), sufficient cellophane, a premade bow and full instructions on how to assemble. If you are interested in designing your own unique gift then our bespoke service is for you. Please message or call 07879 494048 to book a design appointment where you can select your basket/tub/gift box and chose all the items that you wish to include.
Please note that following your appointment it will take approximately 3 days before your gift will be ready to collect. A suitabloe day/time for this can be arranged during the appointment.
A minimum of 50% deposit will be required at this time to secure your order. This can be paid by cash or card. Cheques are not accepted.
Online payment can be made by credit or debit card through our Paypal payment system which is a secure payment process. We do not retain any card numbers or have access to your payment details.
POSTAGE / COURIER
We offer a range of postal options. For our individual products we mainly use Royal Mail as outlined below . For heavy or bulky orders it may be necessay to alter this to a courier service. We will do this at the same price. Our Gift Baskets and Hampers can only be sent via courier. It is important that you select this option at checkout.
Royal Mail 1st Class - £5.50
Royal Mail 2nd class £4.50
For small orders under £3 we offer a reduced rate of £2.50 (2nd class) or £3.00 ( 1st Class). This is particularly useful if you wish to purchase a single card for example.
COURIER Hermes 2-4 working days - £8.99
We aim to despatch all items within 2-4 working days however this is often much quicker. At certain times of year (Christmas) this may be longer. You will receive an email once your items have been despatched.
If you have any special postage requirements or would like your parcel sendingoutside the UK, please contact us so that we can help arrange this.
Please note that once items are in the hands of a 3rd party we cannot be responsible for any delays.
Unfortunately due to their delicate nature we are not able to send ALL our gift basketsby courier. We can however post them in kit form for you to add the cellophane and bow yourself.

We are able to deliver your baby gifts directly to the recipient if they are a patient at Bedford Hospital. This service is £5 - please select at checkout

Please indicate the latest date you require your basket when you order. Once your order is placed we will contact you to arrange a date/time window that is suitable. Someone must be able to sign for the delivery.
Please allow a minimum of 5 days between placing your order and expected delivery. If you require a basket more urgently than this please call us 07879 494048 as this may still be possible

Please use the comment box at checkout to indicate a date when you would prefer to collect. We will be in touch via email to arrange a mutually agreeable date and time.
If when you receive your goods they are not what you expect, please return then to us within 7 working days. They must be in pristine condition, unused and in their original packaging. We will happily exchange them or refund your payment. If you need to return an item please email us at email@example.com and we can provide you with our returns address.
Please note that we cannot refund any postage costs incurred by returning the item and we would suggest using a registered postal service as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
All items will be checked for damage before sending and will be suitably packaged. In the unlikely event that you receive anything which is damaged please email us including a photo so that we can help you to resolve the problem.

We will only use your information to administer your enquiry or order, and to keep in touch afterward. From time to time thereafter we would like to contact you to highlight new products and offers. We also try to promote some of the local events that we organise or attend, which might be relevant to our customers.

Beautiful Baby Gift Baskets have to use trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services in our shop. Our checkout is facilitated through Paypal. Paypal are GDPR compliant and keep customer data securely. Transportation of our products sometimes involves The Royal Mail or other courier companies. We we will share your personal data with these parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. We will never share your data for any other purpose.
